GRAMPUS Heritage and Training Ltd, unser britischer Partner

GRAMPUS Heritage and Training Ltd ist eine Bildungseinrichtung im Nordwesten Englands, in der Region Cumbria.

Seit 1997  ist GRAMPUS in verschiedenen europäischen Programmen tätig.

Neben dem Programm GRUNDTVIG auch in den Leanardo Da Vinci Trainingsprogrammen für junge Erwachsene.
Archäologie, Landschaftsschutz, Umweltbildung und traditionelle Handwerkstechniken und Kultur bilden die Arbeitsschwerpunkte. Martin Clark, der Leiter von Grampus, ist auch Kopf eines europäischen Partnernetzwerks mit Organisationen in der Slowakei, Island, Rumänien, Zypern und Deutschland.
Die Projektleiterin Joanne Stamper führt erstmals selbstständig ein EU-Projekt durch.
Schwerpunkt für Grampus im Songs in Europe Projekt ist die Grundaktivierung von älteren Erwachsenen im Bereich der neuen Medien sowie der Kulturaustausch mit traditionellen wie auch moderneren Liedern zur Findung eines europäischen Bürgertums und europäischer Identität.

Grampus heritage and Training Ltd is a school based in the North West of England, in the region of Cumbria.

Since 1997 Grampus is involved in different European programs besides GRUNDTVIG program, as well in Leonardo da Vinci training programs for young workers.
The focus is on archeology, environmental and traditional skills in handcraft and culture.
Martin Clark, the leader of Grampus is also the head of a European network with organization in Slovakia, Island, Romania, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Germany.
For project manager Joanne Stamper the SiE project is the first one in a manager position.
The center of working in the SiE project is the culture exchange with traditional and modern songs for growing up together to a European citizenship and European identity. Also the adult learners will been trained active in using new internet based media.
